The veteran guard was McMaster’s leading scorer over the weekend, as the Marauders rode victories over Laval, Guelph and Saskatchewan to gold at Ryerson’s Darcel Wright Memorial Tournament. After a sparkling 27-point performance in Friday’s 80-70 win over the Rouge et Or — in which she went nine of 17 from the floor — Boiago had something of a down game against Guelph as Mac fought to a 76-71 win.

She rebounded well in Sunday’s final, however, scoring a game high of 22 points on eight of 23 from the floor and being named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player as the Marauders beat the Huskies 64-58.
