The second-year receiver became the latest Marauder to tear up the team's record book on Saturday, hauling in nine passes to take over the team's single-season receptions record with a CIS-leading total of 56 and a game yet to play. The previous record of 53 had been set by Mike Bradwell in 2007.

Petermann led the Marauders -- and the game -- with 113 yards and two touchdowns as McMaster defeated the Laurier Golden Hawks to improve to 6-1 on the season.
