The second-year flanker, Moody was a key contributor as McMaster took another positive step with a 27-27 draw against the Shiels Division-leading Guelph Gryphons on Sunday. Moody was a defensive stalwart, producing several vital tackles as the Marauders held the Gryphon offence at bay for much of the match. Her stout defence was particularly vital in the second half, as McMaster found itself penalized and without captain Cindy Nelles.
