Beatty had a game-high five goals to lead his team to its second consecutive win after opening the season 0-3. Facing a potent Nipissing team that boasted two of the CUFLA's top five scorers entering play, Beatty and his teammates out-dueled the Lakers to remain unbeaten at home this season.
