TRX® Suspension Trainer is a revolutionary training tool that leverages your body weight and gravity. It is a complete total body workout, designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, balance, and core stability. Every movement is a whole-body movement and easily adjusted to all fitness levels.
Caylea Foster (qualified Group Suspension Course trainer [TRX®], canfitpro FIS, canfitpro PTS), will be launching our series of 8-Week
TRX® courses leading participants through an invigorating workout each week. Try something new and learn how to make your body your machine!
Courses take place in
the Pulse Fitness Centre Tuesdays 7:30pm-8:30pm, Wednesdays 7am-8am, and Thursdays 8pm-9pm starting this week. Registration required –
sign-up online or at the
Recreation Business Office today. For Pulse members only.
