McMaster's Katie Anderson won the 1500m race at the 2012 Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Championship on Saturday at York University.

Anderson finished in a time of 4:26.66 almost three full seconds ahead of Toronto's Tamara Jewett's second place time of 4:29.50. McMaster's Lindsay Carson finished in sixth in the same race.
