Ralf's illustrious basketball career began as an OUAA Rookie of the Year, and the next season this terrific rebounder was a West Division 2nd team all-star. Ralf also cut an imposing figure on the football field, using his size and agility to snare passes in heavy traffic. In 1986-87 he was an OUAA 1st team all-star, 2nd team CIAU all-Canadian, and Ivor Wynne Award winner as Mac's male athlete of the year. He, his wife Maria, and their four children call Niagara Falls home, where Ralf operates his own construction business and commits ample time to youth sport.
