Patty was a three-time MVC for the Marauder Women's Basketball Team, and was named as a league All-Star three times. In 3 of her 4 years on the team, Patty led the team in scoring, rebounding and assists. In 1981-82 she led the West Division in rebounds with 106, and was third in the West in scoring averaging 15 points per game. Patty is still active in basketball, both as a coach and a player. She is a part-time Physical Education teacher in Newmarket where she lives with her husband, Bill, and their two children.
