McMaster University Athletics

Served as coach of McMaster's women's track and field team from 1967 to 1987. Cole built the program from just two athletes to a team of 30, and won six Ontario championships along the way. She also introduced indoor track and served as assistant coach for the women's ice hockey team. Over her career Cole was also very active in numerous national and community sports programs .
