MILAN POPADICH ‘82
Alpine Skiing, Track and Field

After placing fifth in the OUAA with Mac's 1979 alpine ski team, Milan focused on track and field, setting many records. He ran the 50mH, 60mH, and 110mH, setting both OUAA and CIAU records and was awarded the Ivor Wynne Trophy in 1981. He later competed in the decathlon winning gold medals at the 1983 and 1984 Canadian Open and represented Canada internationally. Following his university career, he taught track and field classes and helped coach the varsity team while continuing to train and complete his MBA.
