A driving force behind McMaster’s domination of women’s water polo in the early 1990’s, Lori Johnston helped Mac win three OWIAA titles (1990, 1991, 1993) over her four year varsity career. During that span, Johnston was recognized as an OWIAA All-Star three times (1990, 1991, 1993), and was one of the leading scorers in the league. Her dedication and effort served as an example for her teammates, who looked to Johnston as a team leader.
