A standout setter throughout her career with the Marauders, Jen Holt was not only a leader, but also a catalyst to the success of the McMaster women's volleyball program. Excelling on the court in her immediate season, Holt was named the OUA West Rookie of the Year, as well as a member of the CIS all-Rookie team that season. But the accolades didn't stop there as she went on to accomplish a pair of firsts for the program. Earning four straight OUA first-team all-star nods, Holt helped the Marauders clinch their first OUA banner in program history in her third year. A season later, she would go on to be named a CIS first-team all-Canadian – also a program first.
 
The most accomplished athlete in program history, an OUA West Rookie of the Year, four-time OUA West first team all-star, three-time OUA silver medallist, OUA champion, CIS all-Rookie team, CIS first & second-team all-Canadian, and a Therese Quigley Female Athlete of the Year recipient.
