McMaster University Athletics

Known to most Canadians as a sports broadcaster, Dilworth was a triple threat at McMaster. He played basketball, was an excellent high jumper on the track and field team and was the first sports editor of the campus newspaper, The Silhouette. He also coached at the university and high school level after graduation. His record of seven home runs in a senior intercounty baseball game set in 1934 still stands.
