As team captain of the McMaster soccer team, Craig demonstrated leadership both on and off the field as he led his team to the playoffs in 1980 & 1981. His dedication to his sport resulted in two-time recognition as team MVP ('78 & '80). Through his unparalleled commitment Craig earned OUA All-Star status in 1978 & 1980. Craig continued to excel on the field as a member of the '84 Olympic team and '85 Ontario Championship team.
