McMaster University Athletics

Brenda grew up in Milton, Ontario. She transferred to McMaster University from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. At McMaster, she was a two-time All-Canadian in Cross Country. Brenda was also a member of the McMaster OWIAA Co-Championship track and field team in 1987/88 and was named an OWIAA All-Star in track and field in 1988/89. She also was the running coach of the Triathlon Club during her time at MAC.
