Soccer
A key player from the moment she stepped on the soccer pitch, Apps was a member of the 1997 Marauder team that captured the OUA silver and CIAU bronze medals. She was named on OUA All-Star and First-Team All-Canadian in both the 1998 and 1999 seasons, and was honoured as Team MVP in her final year. Apps went on to play with the Canadian national team and enjoyed an outstanding professional career with the Vancouver Whitecaps. Amy's induction adds to the Apps family Hall of Fame legacy at McMaster as her grandfather, Syl Apps was a member of McMaster's inaugural group of inductees in 1984, and her uncle Robert Apps, was a 1999 inductee.
